Returns
We very much hope you will be happy with your tree. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your tree or stand you must let us know within 7 days after delivery or collection. Our returns policy is in accordance with the ‘Sales of Goods Act’ and ‘The Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013’ and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sales. Delivery
Options for delivery are available to you once you enter your postcode. If you enter the incorrect postcode for your address, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you in full (minus a card fee up to the value of £2). If you choose a delivery option that does not accurately reflect the village/area you live in, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the difference in cost. If you refuse, we may choose to cancel and refund your order.
